Starting situation / task
In the new development area "Am Lindequartier" in Mainz-Kostheim, the state capital Wiesbaden is the construction of a daycare center with seven groups and supplementary community, economic and administrative areas planned.
It borders in the north on the main accessible road "Am Alten Lindewerk" and thus forms one Elementary urban building block of the district. The location of the importance of the daycare center as an important part of the social infrastructure of the area and also enables the integration of the further urban area to be a counterpart to the opposite retail focus.
