- The city of Alzey was included in the "Alzeyer East" area in the "Social City" or "Social Cohesion" urban development program in 2018 and has developed an integrated urban development concept (ISEK). As one of the measures in the funding area, the construction of a neighborhood -relatedSports and event hall planned - the district center. The district center is one of the key projects as part of the urban renovation of the neighborhood. It should be available for district -related uses and initiatives (units), on the other hand for clubsand school sports are used. In addition, the office of neighborhood management (accompaniment area development and public relations) is housed in the building.
