New building elementary school Fuhsestrasse, Hanover. It should be the specialist planning of the technical equipmentthe alg. 1,2,3,4,5 and 8, according to paragraph 53 HOAI, are commissioned into 3 loosely. The client reserves the right to award all three lots to an economic participant. The commissioning of all lots to an applicant is therefore possible.
The elementary school Fuhsestrasse in Hanover should be4-day primary school, at the existing location, in several construction phases. The BGF of the new building is around 8,900 m2.
The previous specialist planning of the TGA for this project was created by a North German planning office. The 1st BA is with the construction of a outsourcing (mobileSpace units) already completed on the school property. For the 2nd BA (partial demolition existing building and new construction tract A+B), the service phase 3 has been completed. For the 3rd BA (overall demolition existing building and new construction tract c), the service phase 2 is completed.
The already availableNew construction planning should be taken over and continued in the outstanding performance phases and completed. The new building is to be built in the intended construction phases, with the objective, partial operation in the new building, in the 3rd quarter of 2028 and the overall operation from the 1st quarter of 2030,To accept.
