Description:
Pollutant rehabilitation, gutting of a former cinema/ sports hall building as well as pollutant renovation, gutting and demolition of the extension arranged southeast to the building; Building year in early 1950s, building dimensions approx. 85.34 m x 22.47 m (former sports hall with cinema) and approx. 53.44 mx 12.07 m (cultivation) to break off approx. 608 m2 (2,800 m³) cultivation building in solid construction with a powder/ slanted roof construction made of wooden structure with multi-layer plastic sealing and a bituminous sealing system. U. a. the following pollutant uses (in all parts of the building) were found:- Asbestos -containing floor lexes in the demonstration hall (1st floor) of the cinema - asbestos containing asbestos adhesive below the floor lexplates (1st floor) and below PVC flooring in the cinema - asbestos -containing color paint or filler in the interior of the sports hall - asbestos -containing seal in the masonry inBase area of the sports hall as well as possibly the entire building- KMF as pipe insulation (including aluminum, under PVC shell, sheet metal and plaster coat) including slide, controls and fittings- KMF slope slabs and insulation covering- KMF insulation of lightweight walls, etc.Plaster box and behind cladding from plaster, plasterboard, wood etc.
