- Object planning for buildings in accordance with §§ 33-35 HOAI (2021), service phases 1-9, for the new building/expansion canoe center, Potsdam airship port, Olympischer Weg 2, 14471 Potsdam
Competitive athletes, students from the Potsdam Sports School and students train on the grounds of the Luftschiffhafen sports park in Potsdam the University of Potsdam, various clubs at league level and amateur athletes. Well-equipped sports halls of different sizes and designed for different disciplines, a swimming pool, sports fields and a bobsleigh track offer excellent training conditions. Through the expansion / The new construction of the canoe center is intended to round out the range of sports areas at the location and make it available for general school sports in addition to competitive sports.
The existing building of the Olympic Training Center (OSP) consists of 3 building parts: BT I, BT II and BT III.
The technical ones are in component I Supply and the countercurrent system as well as monitoring rooms are accommodated. Section II essentially houses office space and Section III is currently used primarily as boat storage.
The construction site is located in a central location of the sports park directly on the Olympic Trail and is the property of State capital Potsdam.
Project control and management were transferred to Pro Potsdam GmbH.
