Description:
The client (AG) intends to award the service phases 1 to 9, the performance of the technical equipment (§ 55 HOAI I.V. m. Appendix 15 to the HOAI), as well as the following special services: • Creating an approval -capable drainage application in coordination withthe object planner/architect • inventory of the existing technical systems • Creation 3D model of the commissioned technicians for the extension based on the architect's 3D model created. • Provision of the created model as the basis for the total 3D model.• Creation 3D model of the commissioned technology and the incorporated continued existing technology of the entire building stock based on the architect's 3D model created beforehand. • Provision of the created model as the basis for the total 3D model. The following dates andDeadlines are provided: • The start of planning: Immediately after commissioning • Construction: 01.07.2026 • Completion/commissioning: 04.08.2028
