Description:
The Bad Marienberg community plans to build a new fire station for a total of 9 parking spaces including washing hall in Bad Marienberg. As part of the new fire station to be built, there are sufficient storage rooms and rooms for device maintenance and repairs (respiratory protection and hose laundry)as well as training space. The subject of this procedure is the planning services for the object planning free facilities in accordance with § 39 HOAI. The building plot with a size of approx. 6,600 sqm is located in the north of Bad Marienberg on the L 294. The construction costs for the outside areaare accepted at around EUR 790,000 (net, kg 500). ThePlanning the connection of the property to the state road is already commissioned by the client. Extended claims must be made to the new fire station to be built.
