Description:
The Bad Marienberg community plans to build a new fire station for a total of 9 parking spaces including washing hall in Bad Marienberg. As part of the new fire station to be built, there are sufficient storage rooms and rooms for device maintenance and repairs (respiratory protection and hose laundry)as well as training space. The building plot with a size of approx. 6,600 sqm is located in the north of Bad Marienberg on L 294. The subject of this procedure is the planning services for structural engineering in accordance with § 51 HOAI. The construction costs are approximately EUR 4.8 million (gross,KG 300+400) accepted. Extended claims must be made to the new fire station to be built. All standards and regulations required for the new construction measure must be observed;Among other things, the requirements of the DIN 14092 fire brigade homes, occupational safety regulations and accident prevention regulations as well as the generally recognized rules of technology must be met. By the bidders, these requirements are to be focused on all performance phases in order toTo ensure the funding for the building.
