Description:
The subject of the procedure is the allocation of services of the property planning building according to §§ 33 ff. HOAI for the purpose of realizing the project "New fire station of the city of Rietberg".
A separate specialist planning for conveyor technology (plant group 6 according to § 53 HOAI) is not awarded. The contractor therefore assumes the following services within the framework of the object planning:
- Fundamental determination for the need and requirements for the elevator system (accessibility, load -bearing capacity, conveyance height, accessibility)
- Integration of the elevator system into the building (Shaft position, door arrangements, accessibility, development)
- Planning of the structural interfaces (e.g. shaft, machine room, opaque overruns, fire protection)
- Coordination with the structural engineer and, if necessary, TGA planner
- Participation in creating a functional service description for The elevator system
- Technical evaluation of the incoming offers (award)
- Accompanying the implementation of the elevator system in the construction.
The project includes the construction of a new 1-storey fire station with a 2-storey extension, which includes, among other things, over a 11 parking spaces Vehicle hall should have. The location of the project is at the Rottwiese in 33397 Rietberg. Further information on the object of the order can be found in investment part B.1 (project description).
