Description:
The subject of the procedure is the allocation of services of the structure planning according to §§ 49 ff. HOAI for the purpose of realizing the project "New fire station of the city of Rietberg".
The contractor in particular takes over:
- Creation of proof of thermal insulation in accordance with the building energy network (AG), including calculations of the annual primary energy requirement, transmission heat loss, summer heat protection
- Creation of the soundproof proof according to DIN 4109 including detailed evaluation of air and air and Impact
- Building physics advice on constructive details (e.g. thermal bridges, flanking components)
- Participation in optimizing the Construction in coordination with the object planning.
The Benefits are to be tailored to the requirements of EnEV/OFF and BauO NRW (or other state building regulations).
The project includes the construction of a new 1-storey Fire station with a 2-storey extension, which is said to have a vehicle hall, among other things, over a 11 parking spaces. The location of the Project is on the Rottwiese in 33397 Rietberg. Further information on the object of the order can be found in investment part B.1 (project description).
