Description:
New construction of a fire station in Notzingen to accommodate vehicles, technology and team as well as rooms and equipment for the training and further training of the local volunteer fire brigade. There are 4 vehicle parking spaces and 1 reserve space as well as a washing hall. The building is planned in two floors. The ground floor is rated as an above -ground floor due to the height of the top edge of the ceiling of more than 1.40 m above GOK. Due to the floor height and the number and size of the usage units (NE), it is classified in building class 3. The building is due to the Special use and the increased risk of traffic through the vehicle hall classified as a special building. EG in solid construction, and to the west wooden construction walls. OG is planned in timber construction. The roofs are planned as three offset roofs. The gross floor area (GGF) is approximately 1,664 m2 of the gross space content (BRI) is approx. 8,508 m³
