Description:
The velvet community Eschershausen-Stadtoldendorf plans to build a new school canteen for the four-day primary school Stadtoldendorf. The necessary planning services of object planning, structural engineering, technical building equipment, building physics and fire protection planning as part of a general planning are the subject of this procedure.
- structure planning according to §§ 49 ff. HOAI, LPH 1-6; - Technical equipment according to §§ 53 ff. HOAI, LPH 1-9; - Building physics, here thermal insulation/ energy balance and construction acoustics according to Appendix 1.2 HOAI; - Specialist planning of building regulation fire protection based on issue 17 AHO. /// The services of the general planning include all the necessary above -mentioned planning services in connection with the construction of the canteen. The plan should be planned for a two -storey building with a base area of around 450 m2. The size of the food space must be designed for 80 % of the student body, whereby it is possible that the children will receive the food in two rounds. Based on this acceptance, a Area of approximately 250 m2 plus kitchen area. Lunch is delivered by a caterer. The childcare rooms should have the size of a classroom with around 50 m2. ///
