Description:
The Westphalian-Lippische-Kleinswaltverwaltungsgesellschaft mbH (hereinafter only WLV), a subsidiary of the Landschaftsverband Westfalen-Lippe (LWL), realizes the construction of an "Ideenwerft" office campus at the triangle port, Robert-Bosch-Str. in Muenster. The project is a winning design of one Investor competition emerged and was rated as an outstanding design and as a lighthouse project for the development of the entire area. An office campus with around 24,500 m2 area (GGF) is built on the property (approx. 9,400 m2). Funding for the project was approved. The Building is to be certified as a DGNB gold standard. The building permit was granted. The property is built by a general contractor (GU). The execution planning is carried out by AG-page planners. The remuneration of the GU is flat -rate; An exception applies to the services of the KG 400. These are billed on a unit price basis according to actually rendered quantities and masses. A payment plan is agreed for the discount calculations of the GU, which also includes the services of the KG 400. The object monitoring regarding all services of the KG 300 is carried out by a commissioned Engineering office. Another engineering office is commissioned with parts of the LP 8 regarding the KG 400 (no accounting and measurement test) in the sense of a superstructure line.
