New building IfL - building automation
The construction project is part of the redesign of Wilhelm-Leuschner-Platz in the city center of Leipzig. After a previous architectural competition A new institute building is being built for the Leibniz Institute for Regional Studies Leipzig, consisting of an underground car park, ground and mezzanine floors and six upper floors. The sustainable building also has a green roof, spacious interior greenery in the multi-story atrium and a geothermal system.
With In this tender, the building automation services are advertised:
- 3 St ASPs in the basement
- 9 St ASPs within the standard floors ground floor 6th floor
- Integration of a brine heat pump with internal control
- Integration of a smoke extraction system for message monitoring
- Integration of one Sprinkler system for message monitoring
- Integration of two air conditioning systems with internal control
- Activation of fire dampers within the floors
- Room automation heating and cooling (utilization of probe field) via underfloor heating systems
- Monitoring of archive rooms for compliance with target values Temperature and humidity
- Expansion of all cable and line routes within the floors including route construction
- Setting up a stationary, local BMS server (EMS/BMS)
- Participation in expert approvals
