The city of Iphofen intends to build a new indoor pool in Iphofen. ● After an initial cost estimate, the overall cost costs (KG 300 - 700) amount to around € 11.4 million net (as of 10/2024) ● It is a funded measure. ● There have not yet been planning services HOAI Object planning building and interior. There is a variant consideration including a solution for new construction and gross cost forecast. ● A description in detail can be found in the tender documents - Appendix 01 (preamble).
