Description:
The municipality of Holzmaden intends to build a 4-group kindergarten. A 2-group kindergarten is currently in operation at the location. This is not economically able to renovate and should be canceled.
A sustainable, solid functional building is to be created, which is timelessly in the scale of its surroundings inserts.
In order to take the best possible consideration of a holistic, cross -departmental view, conception and implementation of this planning task with its complex requirements regarding flexibility and sustainability from the beginning of the start, the Services are awarded to a general planner. The topic of sustainability is said to be about all life cycles of the project, starting with the conception and Planning to the specific construction work up to the operation in relation to structural and plant -related components consistently and cross-plan planning are taken into account and implemented in the General Planner team. Innovative concepts, in particular a holistic energy concept, are to be developed for the implementation of the needs and requirements described and implemented in the planning and execution / construction process.
To do this, the bidders in the Negotiation proceedings have already been developed and presented in a solution proposal
