New building Kita Angersdorf, Los 10 - powerful current system
The construction work includes the construction of a two-storey building in wood-solid hybrid construction and the associated outdoor facilities, including development of the property.
Opened is the property via a residential road (Ahornstrasse / An der Feuerwache), which branches off from the L163 (Lauchstadter Strasse). These residents (Ahornstrasse / An der Feuerwache) and the adjacent parking space are with bitumen covering. The extension of the building on the construction site is a unpaved lawn path. The site was broke in the pre -use, or was used for agriculture.
The load -bearing capacity and accessibility is therefore partially restricted, or only in the raw state.
The construction site device is present through a third -party trade. That means that a Toilet containers (gender-separated with 3 toilet systems, 2 urinals, 2 sinks), as well as a break container / office container (6.05m x 2.44m) are present. The construction site is secured using construction fence and mobile video surveillance. Construction water and construction current are furnished.
