Description:
The Altenkirchen-Flammersfeld community is a carrier of 16 municipal daycare centers.
In Neitersen there is currently a daycare center with two groups and a total of 50 kindergarten places for kin-die aged two years to school. The building was at the beginning of the 20th centurybuilt as a school at the time and converted into a daycare center in 1977. In the meantime, the property no longer fulfills the steadily growing legal and everyday requirements of a modern daycare center. In addition, there is a great demand for kindergarten places in the catchment areaThe facility, which is far above the recording capacity. Here it was found thatThere are no longer any expansion options for creating other places and the modern expansion of the premises at the location, so that only a new construction of the facility is suitable. The aim here should be a daycare center at a new location in the local community in Neitersento build up to 150 kindergarten places. The local community provides a free area in Schulstrasse, around 300 m above the current daycare center. The construction planning requirements for this are currently being created.
