Description:
The local community of Schoenenberg-Kuebelberg is the owner of the building of the existing daycare center St. Valentin, which is operated in the sponsorship of the Kuebelberg Catholic Church Foundation. The single -storey, partially basement and with flat roof comes from 1970 and is With regard to the existing spatial program for the currently 3 groups, no longer sufficient and no longer corresponds to the requirements resulting from the daycare law. In addition, due to the number of children in the Schoenenberg-Kuebelberg local community, there is a need for additional daycare places. The local council Schoenenberg-Kuebelberg unanimously spoke out in its meeting on September 19, 2019 for the construction of a new 5-group facility at the current location. --- Urban planning situation: The local community of Schoenenberg-Kuebelberg is the seating community of the 22 local communities and the city of Waldmohr Association of Oberes Glantal. In the Kuebelberg district, the Catholic parish church, the rectory with parish office and the St. Valentinshaus (parish center) are a church center as well as with the local community Kuebelberg. The aforementioned institutions form a monument zone. The existing daycare center (Fl.St. 559, 558/3) is located in the immediate vicinity of these buildings.
