The Construction levels 1 should be technically self -sufficient from the dilapidated and in need of renovation. This approach is intended to implement modern operating concepts of medicine, infrastructure, logistics and technology. Furthermore, this approach is to create the possibility if the dilapidated existence, to renovate, tear down or to use the building without the future new construction of construction levels 1.
