- New building Lab2Fab - Lot 21: Screed work This tender includes construction work for the construction of a new building of a start-up center “Lab2Fab” on Lessingstrasse in Jena for the Technology and Innovation Park TIP Jena GmbH. It is a matter of a Business start-up center with rental rooms for start-ups. Building: The external dimensions of the shell are 30.4 m x 30.4 m. The external dimensions of the underground car park are 30.4 m x 60.0 m. The new building is divided into 7 floors, an underground car park with 6 upper floors. The height of the building above the underground car park ceiling is 27.00 m. The uses require varying floor heights of 3.60 - 4.35 m. The height of the underground car park is 4.20 m. The building should be monolithic with reinforced concrete ceilings d=35cm and Reinforced concrete walls d=30 cm (outside) or d=25cm (inside). The internal structure of the building consists of reinforced concrete columns and Reinforced concrete walls for shafts and stairwells. There are 2 installation shafts, 2 stairwells and one in the building Elevator shaft on all levels integrated. Cement screeds are used as floor constructions on a base Thermal insulation and impact sound insulation with various coverings provided. In the stairwells and in the sanitary rooms Ceramic coverings used. In the hallways and PVC flooring is used in office spaces. The laboratories receive a synthetic resin floor coating.
