- New building Lab2Fab - lot 31 outdoor facilities New building Lab2Fab - lot 31 outdoor facilities This tender includes construction work for the construction of a New building of a start-up center "Lab2Fab" on Lessingstrasse in Jena for the Technology and Innovation Park TIP Jena GmbH. It is a business incubator with rental rooms for start-ups. Building: The external dimensions of the shell are 30.4 m x 30.4 m. The external dimensions of the underground car park are 30.4 m x 60.0 m. The new building is divided into 7 floors, an underground car park with 6 Upper floors. The height of the building above the The underground car park ceiling is 27.00 m. For the building there is one for the 1st to 4th floors ventilated facade with cladding made of Eternit panels planned. This Ground floor and the base areas will be with a thermal insulation composite system executed. The ventilation center on the 5th floor will be made of steel-mineral wool-steel Sandwich exterior wall made of panels. The interior work is done with drywall constructions and surface coatings according to usage requirements manufactured ready for occupancy. The Office rooms and hallways will have suspended ceilings. In the laboratory rooms and in the In the technical rooms, the concrete ceiling remains as a visible ceiling structure. As Floor constructions are cement screeds on a thermal insulation base and Impact sound insulation provided with various coverings.
