- The city of Porta Westfalica is planning the complete dismantling of the Portaschule (old building, extension 1, extension 2) including all ancillary facilities and a revitalization of the property. Excluded from the dismantling measure is the adjacent gymnasium and its accessibility dimensions must be guaranteed at all times during dismantling. The services to be carried out by the contractor include the following measures: 1. Obtaining the traffic permit required for dismantling and obtaining the corresponding one Safety devices in neighboring or public areas (fences, barges, signs, etc.) 2. Securing/changing the sidewalks with the possibility of a construction site entrance and exit (crossing) 3. Decluttering 4. Gutting 5. Remediation of pollutants building 6.
