• Description:
• The new construction of the Ludwigshoehviertel daycare center is located in the north of the educational campus on Granitstrasse in the newly developed Ludwigshoehviertel city district. The long -stretched, two -storey building has a gross floor area (BGF) of around 1,800 sqm. The daycare is based on the six Group rooms and the Kitagarten to the south to the existing trees on the area. The building is planned as a wooden construction construction with boarding sperm waters and boarding wood ceilings. The building is supplied with an air-water heat pump system.
