Description:
The new construction of the Ludwigshoehviertel daycare center is located in the north of the educational campus on Granitstrasse in the newly developed Ludwigshoehviertel city district. The long -stretched, two -storey building has a gross floor area (BGF) of around 1,800 sqm. The daycare is based on the six Group rooms and the Kitagarten to the south to the existing trees on the area. The building is planned as a wooden construction construction with boarding sperm waters and boarding wood ceilings. The building is supplied with an air-water heat pump system.
Facade work
Facade work As a part of the work on a two -storey new construction of a daycare center (BGF = approx. 1,010 m2) in the Darmstadt Ludwigshoehviertel:
(approx. 1,300 m2)
- up-to-up balcony covering with full wpc profile boards (approx. 180 m2)
Fire -dip galvanized and partly powder -coated.
- Smooth plaster on the construction on the construction side (approx. 80 m2)
Execution dates according to the frame schedule:
-It -vote Planning: from 28.10.2025
- on construction site: from 25.11.2025
-End of execution: 23.02.2026
