Description:
The subject of the award procedure is the construction of the new parking garage for the Technical University of Munich in Garching near Munich, at the northern end of Friedrich-Ludwig-Bauer-Strasse. The parking garage should be built by a general entrepreneur. Performance of the GUe is the turnkey Planning, approval, establishment, official acceptance and commissioning of the fully functional parking garage and includes all the necessary planning, approval and construction work.

The 16 parking levels of the Split Level car park are opened over internal ramps for traffic. Two stairwells are trained for walking through and as an escape route system of the parking garage. The development and arrangement of at least 504 parking spaces is planned, of which 180 parking spaces are intended as e-charging spaces become. There are 20 charging spaces to be realized and 160 charging spaces to be equipped. In addition, there are at least 114 bicycle parking spaces in the open systems. The parking garage is green and roof on the roof.
