• The city of Wolfratshausen has already developed several designs and plans for a parking garage at Hatzplatz. In a meeting of the city council in November 2024, the decision was made to continue to pursue the lay design of the so-called gardener variant. This variant sees a parking deck with around 100Parking spaces on two levels, which is a more visually appealing and inexpensive solution. The estimated total costs (including ancillary costs) are approximately 2.8 million euros gross. The decision for this variant now enables detailed planning of the parking garage, which isReplacement for the eliminating parking spaces in the old town and as an integral part of the planned redesign of the Marktstrasse and the western banks of the Lois, serves. The subject of the order is the performance of the building and interiors § 34 ff. HOAI with the service phases 1 - 9. The plans for theEarlier concepts and the feasibility study are part of the tender documents and can serve as the basis for later processing. The order takes place immediately after the award procedure. First, the service phases 1 to 2 in the building and interiors § 34ff. Hoai commissioned. Furthermore, the service phases 3 to 9 of the performance profile buildings and interiors are expected to be gradually commissioned § 34 ff. HOAI. There is no entitlement to complete assignment. The commissioning of performance level 1 (performance phases 1 to 2) is said to be in 2.Quarter 2025. The completion is planned for 2027.
