Description:
The city of Ronnenberg is planning a replacement building of the "Regenbogen" primary school with a two-field gymnasium in the Weetzen district. The planning services of the technical planning AG 4-6 according to § 55 HOAI, LPH 1-9 and special services in accordance with Appendix 15 HOAI are to be provided. To the projectan architectural competition was carried out as a non-open competition for building planning in anonymous procedures within a VGV procedure as a RPW procedure (Section 3 (3) RPW). The planning documents of the draft author of the 1st price - which form the basis of further planning- are attached to the procurement documents.

The property to be built is located east on the outskirts of the outskirts next to the existing primary school. The location of the new building of the primary school Weetzen is "Hauptstrasse 5a, 30952Ronnenberg ". The planned usable area of the four -digit primary school is approx. 3,800 m2 for the new school building and approx. 1,200 m2 for the sports hall. The existing parts of the sports hall, changing room, auditorium, teaching room, classrooms and after -school care centers are to be canceled.can be maintained during the construction period depending on the construction progress in the old or in the new buildings.
