Description:
The client intends to build a new pumping station, a new rain overflow pool (rueb) and a new rain overflow (RUe) in the municipality of Biblis. The old sewage treatment plant is currently in the area of the "parish lake". After the construction of the new sewage treatment plant, this is as a rain overflow basin used with a pumping station. A RUe is pre-switched to the Rueb in the area of the DLRG home. In the run-up to the planned measure, the engineering office Brandt-Gerdes-Sitzmann created a corresponding study and variant consideration (Appendix 1). As a result, the client has determined various parameters that which have already been discussed with the RP Darmstadt as the supervisory authority. The corresponding approval planning (buildings and the water law permits) must also be created.
The following is provided as the renovation variant:
• Dismantling rue bathing lake at DLRG Heim
• New building Rue Bathing lake in the parcel 37/1
• Expansion of the channels between the previous and the new location of the Rue Bathroom
• Liner renovation of the channels between the new location of the Rue bathing lake and the old sewage treatment plant PW
• Dismantling and new construction Pumping plant Old sewage treatment plant (throttle outflow and filling DLB N)
• Dismantling and new construction Dlb n old sewage treatment plant
