Description:
Nature conservation services in connection with the new construction of the Ruthenstrom barrier. It is located at Drochtersen in the main dike line of the Lower Elbe and protects the island of Krautsand as well as the places Assel, Drochtersen and Dornbusch.A static review showed for the Ruthenstrom barrier that the new design water level cannot be absorbed by the building. Exchange, adaptation or increase is not static, so that a replacement building is required. The planning and new construction of the blocking plantshould be carried out in the next few years, whereby the new building is to be realized in the immediate vicinity of the existing building. The proposal for the preliminary examination framework in accordance with § 15 UVPG for the construction of the Ruthenstrom blocking unit specifies the framework. The scoping processtook place in writing from the end of 2024 to early 2025. There were objections regarding the scope of investigation. The objections can be removed from the synopsis. The report on the preliminary sub-search framework in accordance with § 15 UVPG and the synopsis is for information as a document 001 and 002Added.
