Description:
The Real Estate Management New Construction Department of the city of Erkrath and the Office 23 for Civil Engineering of the Mettmann district are jointly planning the construction of two schools in the Hochdahl district, including additional buildings and the associated outdoor areas for school and neighborhood needs. TheThe construction project consists of a three-class elementary school (two buildings GS 1, GS 2), a community center (GH), a special school (two buildings FZ 1 and FZ 2), a dual sports hall as well as the associated schoolyards, parking spaces and an outdoor area (campus path). to the publicwill be available.
This tender "Air conditioning systems (ventilation)" refers to the buildings
FZ1 and FZ2.
Part of the tender are two central ventilation devices which include, among other things, filters, heat recovery, heaters, coolers, fans and silencers. The devices are partpartly planned for outdoor installation and partly for installation inside the building. A short list follows, the details can be found in the list of services:
RLT device, for supply and exhaust air 7,680 / 7,680 m3/h as an outdoor device FZ1.
RLT device, for supply and exhaust air 7,070 / 6,820 m3/h as an indoor device FZ2.
Roof - exhaust fan for chemical cabinets FZ2 250 m3/h.
Roof - exhaust fan Digestorium FZ2 600 m3/h.
In addition, individual fans for technical rooms with 100 m3/h each (3 pieces) and decentralized ventilation devices with each max. 800 m3/h (24 pcs.) planned.
