- The subject of the order is construction and liability insurance, including environmental liability, environmental damage and planning liability insurance (lot 1) as well as liability excess insurance (lots 2 and 3)
Lot 1: Basic contract combined project insurance
The subject of the insurance is one Combined construction and liability insurance (including planning liability insurance) for the client and all companies involved in the project.
5.1.1Sum insured and insured limits
The insured sum corresponds to the final production costs for the construction of the LKA Bar life. The provisional insured sum is EUR 394,896,535 (gross).
An insured sum at first risk for items in the danger area of EUR 2,500,000 is part of the insurance cover.
The coverage amounts in the liability insurance section are triple maximized over the contract term
•EUR 10,000,000 flat rate for personal injury, property damage and financial loss in liability,
•EUR 10,000,000 flat rate for personal injury, property damage and financial loss in environmental liability and
•EUR 10,000,000 flat rate for property and financial losses in planning liability insurance
and simply maximized over the contract term
•EUR 10,000,000 flat rate for property and financial losses in environmental damage insurance.
