Description:
On the newly formed property Heinzelmannchenweg 10 in the Flingern Nord district, the state capital of Duesseldorf is building a completely new school location. The construction of a four-day high school with a three-field sports hall is planned. The school building is as a cluster school withinorganized by cluster houses for nine years. The sports hall is available and is competitive with a focus on league hockey. For the buildings, special requirements must be met from the B-Plan: a neighboring busy railway line must be met with the buildingcan react to vibrations. The facade must be trained as a sound. Since the property is quite small, the roofs are trained as a school yard.
The school building has a usable area of around 6,750m2 in five hanging cubes. The sports hall will be a usable area ofhave a total of 2,900m2.
