New building school building - specialist planning object planning
Erect one Two-storey cultivation to the outbuilding of the Friedrich-Junge School according to the space program with a gross base area of approx. 2,160 m2. The use of the On the ground floor by the Schmalenbeck primary school and the Friedrich-Junge School and the upper floor takes place by the Friedrich Jungs School and the Emil-von-Behring-Gymnasium. The needs program sees a total of 11 classrooms, 4 large marketplaces & differentiation areas, a multifunctional room as well as a teaching material library together, together with a number of smaller meeting and differentiation rooms as well as necessary side and sanitary rooms. The new building should fit into the surrounding development in terms of design. The new building will be two-storey to the Friedrich-Junge School grown. The area of the single -storey cultivation is to be included in the planning of the new building. The new building is said to have two full floors and is to be carried out with a green flat roof. The Grundach is intended to serve as a compensation for the area sealed by the new building.
