- Planning performance engineering structures, drainage and rainwater sinking planning New construction Sportpark Süd, planning services Engineering structures Planning performance Ingenieurbauen, drainage and rainwater infiltration planning through the shift of the Karl-Heitz stadium in Offenburg to the southern of the city, a new sports park will be built in the 1st construction phase until 2027 . Various services of specialist planning, in particular for drainage planning, are required for the structural implementation and commissioning of the park. The concept of the park stipulates that the rainwater is primarily infiltrated in the large -scale, extensive, and organically shaped meadow areas. These are planned by the outdoor facilities. For free system planning, drainage planning must be planned with a very narrow interface. In addition to the infiltration and/or derivation of rainwater, consulting services for infiltration of the planned sports facilities (stadium height situation) and a coordinated management plan must be created. The planning area for the realization part includes approx. 15 ha.
