Description:
The Stadtwerke Memmingen intended the new building of their permanent establishment, since the existing buildings - especially as a result of the flood in June 2024 - were partially damaged and are sometimes no longer usable. A modern, sustainable company building with an integrated workshop is planned and administrative area. The goal is an economic and quick implementation of the project.
As part of the planning, it should be checked to what extent a serial prefabrication - for example through modular construction - can contribute to the acceleration of the construction process and to reduce costs. In addition, expansion options How a later (partial) increase in the administration and other structural additions are considered right from the start.
The total costs of the project (cost groups 200 700, as of April 2025) are estimated at around € 9.3 million gross.
