Description:
The aim of the client is to have the new building of the Rathaus Altenberge according to the DGNB usage profile Neubau Office and Administration Building, version 2018 with a total level of at least 50 % (silver) certified. Furthermore, the "quality seal sustainable building" (QNG) of the Federal Ministry of Housing, Urban Development and Building. The AG attaches great importance to a low -pollutant / free construction. For this purpose, the qualities mentioned in the DGNB requirements (criterion: ENV1.2 Risks for the local environment) and the QNG requirements for its material and proof of the product. The construction project of the Altenberge town hall is divided into two construction phases. These two construction phases are to be carried out separately. The 2nd construction phase will only take place after the town hall inventory. For more detailed dates see attached schedule. The Separate execution must be taken into account by the bidder in its calculation.
