Description:
The city of Hoerstel intends to build a new town hall. The planning area/construction site is located in the northeast of the city area. The access to the planned building takes place via the newly built -up plan road, which can be reached via the Uferstrasse. The design includes an approx. 57.00 m longAnd almost 16.50 m depths and area -efficient bars. This is arranged inside a main core and two office areas with adjoining rooms in the central axis. The building is divided into three above -ground floors and a basement. The gross floor area is approx. 3,825 m2. The buildingshould be carried out as an efficiency house 40 according to the council decision. In order to be able to meet the level KfW-EG 40, the criteria of sustainability Certification QNG according to DGNB must be observed. The building is built from the ground floor in wood-hybrid construction and in the basement in solid construction.
