- The municipality of Wissen is building a new administration building with 4 floors at the location of the current town hall in Rathausstr. 75, 57537 Knowledge. Completion is expected in the 1 quarter of 2026. The newly created office space should now be used with a functional and ergonomic furniture be equipped. This includes offices with approx. 70 jobs, waiting areas and special rooms such as kitchen, meeting room, storage room and first aid room.
The town hall has a design concept defined by the AG, which is in the floor, ceiling/wall materials and colors used reflected (exposed concrete walls, softwood ceilings, colored linoleum floor). In the case of furniture, this should be taken into account and the surface and colors of the furniture should be coordinated accordingly.
The aim of the tender is to award an order for delivery and assembly of the necessary Equipment of the new building.
