Description:
Allocation of the project control services for the new Bad in Villingen-Schwenningen
Every year, more than 230,000 bathers visit these facilities. Especially at the Villingen indoor pool has resulted in a structural need for action over the years. Therefore, a requirement profile was drawn up together with the users in 2021 and different variants were examined. As a result, it was decided to have a new "central bath" at a new location between Villingen and To build Schwenningen.
The new bathroom should be sustainable, cost -effective and energy -optimized and with high design quality.
The user requirement is estimated at 5,200 m2 and it should 5 pools with different requirements are realized:
2 sports pool
1 teaching pool with lifting floor
1 multi -purpose pool
1 toddler pool
Furthermore, a catering sector is planned and a kiosk and a sauna area with 3 saunas.
The total costs were gross at over € 50 million estimated.
