Description:
Bader Villingen-Schwenningen GmbH (BVS) currently operates the Villingen indoor pool, the Neckarbad and the Kneipp bath. Every year, more than 230,000 bathers visit these facilities. Especially at the Villingen indoor pool, there has been a need for construction over the years. Therefore, 2021 Together with the users, a requirement profile worked out and different variants examined. As a result, it was decided to build a new "central bath" at a new location between Villingen and Schwenningen. The new bathroom at the "Klosterhof" location should then Replace current indoor pool and the Neckarbad. The new bathroom should be sustainable, cost -effective and energy -optimized and with high design quality. The user requirement is estimated at 5,200 m2 and 5 pools with different requirements are to be realized: 2 sports pools 1 teaching pool with lifting floor 1 multi -purpose basin 1 toddler pool. Furthermore, a catering area is planned and a kiosk and a sauna area with 3 saunas. The total costs were estimated at over € 50 million gross. The planning services for: - Object planning building - specialist planning TGA (2 loose; HLS and Elt) - specialist planning structural engineering planning - specialist planning fire protection - specialist planning building physics are allocated at the moment. The negotiation procedures for this are already underway and the orders are to be awarded in October 2025. When awarding the architectural services, solutions are made possible commissioned in the 3 to 5 bidders to be selected. The project control services required for further implementation are part of this award procedure.
