Rheinenergie AG operates on behalf of the "Bergische Licht-, Kraft- und Wasserwerke
GmbH "(short: Belkaw) The waterworks Refrath (WW-RR). Belkaw GmbH is the regional company for electricity, gas, warmth and water from the city of Bergisch Gladbach.
The existing waterworks Refrath is west of the Located of the district of the same name.
Refrath belongs to the city of Bergisch Gladbach in the Bergisches Land in North Rhine-Westphalia.
Rheinenergie AG plans to build the new waterworks in combination with the construction
an operating location
Los 1 "Construction for the construction of the company building and construction of the waterworks "
the following essential construction work
(Lot 1 "Bau"):
• Floor removal with root stock slid and construction pit production with brilliant and installed walls, approx. 1,500 m³
• Installation of basic lines
• reinforced concrete work the surveillance class 2 (floor slab, walls and roof as well as indoor stairs), approx. 1,200 m³
• Wall work (inner walls), approx. 550 m2
• Outside wall clothing (VHF with clinker straps or WPC elements), approx. 800 m2
• Construction of a green roof with PV system, approx. 800 m2
• Installation of 5 sectionalors, 2 exterior doors, 18 windows and approx. 29 interior doors
• Installation of impact sound and thermal insulation as well as screed work
