• Description:
• The subject of the planning task described here is the building planning services in accordance with Section 33 ff. HOAI in service phases 1 to 9. The planning services are commissioned in stages in accordance with point 1.4.1. Based on Annex 10 HOAI the measure is assigned to fee zone III. The following special services are expected to be provided for planning: 1. Planning and construction-related surveying The content of the service is the basic services of the individual service phases in accordance with Appendix 1 (to § 3) HOAI. It is intended to carry out a step-by-step commissioning: - Stage 1: Service phases 1 to 4 according to Appendix 1 HOAI, points 1.4.4 and 1.4.7 - Stage 2: Service phase 5 according to Appendix 1 HOAI, points 1.4.4 and 1.4.7 Other special services: For the Building planning, the following special services are expected to be provided in accordance with HOAI 2021 Appendix 10 (to Section 34 Paragraph 4 and Section 35 Paragraph 7): - Monitoring the elimination of defects within the statute of limitations - Building inspection after handover - Inventory of the building area to be planned to the extent required for the planning task. These include, for example: measurements, creation of inventory plans, recording of materials, surfaces and their conditions.
