Description:
The vocational schools in Tuebingen will receive a new building by building over an existing, 2-story underground car park. The new building will have the central functions for the vocational schools in Tuebingen-Derendingen, such as a cafeteria/event room, a media library, a server room for...e central school IT of the vocational schools as well as classrooms with learning islands. The development will have two floors, the first floor in concrete-reinforced concrete construction, the second floor in wooden construction. The development partially protrudes beyond the underground car park (17m x 35 m) and is 4 meters high thereexecuted quickly. The building length is around 98 m, the building width is around 20 m. This preliminary information refers to the award package 5.

Metal construction work - fire protection glazing with door elements
- 260 sqm fire protectionglazing with aluminum and steel frames,
- 10 fire protection door elements aluminum/glass,
- 3 thermally insulated door elements aluminum/glass.
Drywall work - acoustic ceilings
- 3,530 sqm acoustic ceilings made of wood wool lightweight panels,
- 200 sqm plasterboard ceilings, perforated and unperforated,
- 90 sqm hygiene blanket in kitchen rooms.
