Description:
The city of Nuertingen intends the new construction of the central bus station (ZOB). The ZOB is to be completely redesigned and built at the existing location. During the measures, provisions must be made to maintain traffic and bus operations. In the present case. Developments (2025), which are made available in the 2nd stage of the award procedure: traffic conditions. Feasibility study ZOB new concept. In addition to the required planning services, three VGV negotiation procedures mentioned above are carried out with participation competition. The further description takes place under paragraph 5.1.
The preferred variant for the design of the ZOB (var. 1b with a roof) was selected by the municipal council after the citizens' participation that has already taken place. Essential features: 1) twelve independent Departable and barrier -free buses. 2) Leadership and foot traffic in the ZOB area. 3) Bus pause place, part of the turn. 4) Dynamic passenger information. 5) In addition, part of the option: Large Grundach with PV system. Barrier -free ramp from Europastrasse to ZOB. Elevation to the ZOB. Weather -protected waiting area. Rad -offs. Establishment of a roundabout and a KISS & RIDE bay.
