Description:
The client, the district administration of Cochem Zell, decided at the end of 2021 to build the sports hall in the same place. The old sports hall had to be canceled for the new building.
The building complex of the Martin von-Cochem-Gymnasium lies between the "Schlossstrasse" and the street "Am Tummelchen",,through which the school can be reached and consists of several parts of the building.approx. 100 m rainwater line DN200-DN100 from PE with sweat water insulation, --- approx. 100 m cathive water pipe DN100-DN50, --- 4 st drainage channels stainless steel, --- 2 st fresh water stations as a cascade with 2000 liters of buffer tank, --- approx. 450 m drinking water line stainless steel DN40-DN12, includingHeat and sweating water insulation, --- 1 ST water management system with electronic fittings (15 st up-mixer, 9 st washbasin fittings, 2 st kitchen fittings), --- 16 ST furnishings made of sanitary porcelain and accessories, ---- 1 ST partition contract (term 4 years),
