Description: The client plans a new building in which office and administration building, laboratories (especially for the disciplines of chemistry, biology and geology), aquariums for fish and coral with salt water system and a mangrove greenhouse are to be realized. The subject of this competition are the required planning services of the object planning for buildings and free plants according to the performance phases 1-9 of the systems 10 and 11 to HOAI. At a later date, an extension of the building should be optionally. This should already be considered in the cubature and density. It is also planned to involve significant stakeholders (especially for the laboratories and aquariums) from the beginning in conception, planning and implementation.
The planning should be carried out using the instruments of digital planning and construction (BIM).
The procedure is carried out as an incremental competition with the prophetary application procedure according to the Directives for Planning Competitions (RPW 2013) with 12 participants.
