Burghauser Wohnbau GmbH is planning new, funded apartment buildings in wood-hybrid construction as a building owner representative for the city of Burghausen in Paul-Klee-Strasse four (4). The DGNB Gold certificate is sought for all houses. These 4 above ground almost identical, 3-storey houses contain 9 units each. There are a total of 3 different apartment types, each of which is arranged on top of each other.
The total of 36 units are divided as follows:
12x 2-room apartments
11x 3-room apartments
1 common room (in house C)
12x 4 room apartments
Advertised here the services of a sub-general contractor for the construction of the buildings in wood-hybrid construction without an elder and house technology.
