Description:
In the construction project, four fire service equipment houses are built at four different locations. The locations are located in Hesebeck, Weste, Roemstedt and Jelmstorf. The subject of this award procedure is the roof sealing work. The order is awarded in 2 lots: Lot 1 for the houses in Hesebeck and Roemstedt, Lot 2 for the houses in Jelmstorf and West.
Lot 1: Hesebeck and Roemstedt
The building consists of a single -storey vehicle hall as well as a single-storey functional building, which includes technology, social, administrative and storage areas. The load-bearing exterior and Inner walls The functional building is built in the board of bretting wood and provided with a wooden cladding. The outer walls of the vehicle hall consist of a combination of reinforced concrete and wooden frame construction with a ventilated sheet metal facade. F 30 walls separate the workshop and social rooms from the Vehicle hall, e ine further F 30 -W and ensures the separation of the social area from the lounges, the office and the youth fire brigade. The storey ceiling of the administrative building is designed as a board -pane ceiling, while the roof structure of the vehicle hall made of glulet binders is included BrettSperrhood ceiling exists. The entire structure of the roof seal is to be carried out wind -sog -proof for a roof structure with a load.
