Description:
The construction project involves building four fire station houses at four different locations. The locations are in Hesebeck, Weste, Roemstedt and Jelmstorf. The subject of this award procedure is the heating and plumbing installation.
New construction of 4 fire stations - heating and Plumbing work
The subject of this tender is the delivery and construction of the entire heating installation, consisting of heat generation, -distribution and handover. Heat is generated via a cascade of mono-energetic air/water heat pumps installed on the roof become. Heat is distributed via two buffer storage tanks: a low-temperature storage tank supplies the building heating, while a high-temperature storage tank feeds the fresh water station for hot water preparation, which is also included in the scope of services. The temperature level is controlled using an electrical Heating cartridge raised. The heat is given off as floor heating: in the vehicle hall using on-site industrial floor heating and in all other rooms using underfloor heating. In addition, the heating register of the air conditioning system is supplied via the heating system. The pipe network is made of stainless steel 2-pipe system executed.
